Mr. Arun Khemka Chairman

Mr. Arun, holds a Masters Degree in Engineering (MS) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA
A passionate serial entrepreneur with an established track record of building up product oriented companies in the field of engineering and embedded electronics, and eventually exiting them
He is credited with multiple successful product launches in the electronics and engineering space for rugged and mission critical environments
He is currently the Chairman of the organization. He advises the technology team on the standards and models of Innovative Product Development, and helps shape the global vision of the organization in the field of mobile computing based products

Mr. Hemant KhemkaManaging Director

Mr. Hemant, has done his graduation in Finance (BBA) from Adelphi University, New York, USA
After completing his graduation he worked with Credit Suisse in New York
Hemant is a passionate technopreneur with deep interests in the field of Emerging Technologies and IT based ventures
He is the founder member for EO (entrepreneurs Organization – a Global Forum) for the Kolkata Chapter. He is also an active member at YPO (Young Presidents Organization)
As the Managing Director, Hemant is the key driving force of Stesalit– responsible for strategic planning, product development and marketing initiatives

Mr. Amit Chatterjee Executive Director

Mr. Amit completed his B.E. from Jadavpur University and MBA in Finance from VGSOM, IIT KHARAGPUR
He has been with Stesalit Group for more than a decade and has successfully lead several business ventures in the space of IT and Electronics
With an overall track record of more than 15 years in the space of IT and Embedded Electronics, he has studied in depth the evolution of IT business globally and applied the same to build successful organizations
A strong passion to develop start ups, he has successfully built, operated and exited an IT business to a multi billion dollar enterprise
He has conceptualized the business plan for Stesalit and lead the teams on product development and marketing strategy in India and global markets
He currently officiates as the Executive Director of Stesalit

Mr. Anindya RoyDirector – Product Development

Mr. Anindya has done his Masters from IIT- Kharagpur, India and EGPM from IIM Bangalore
Prior to joining Stesalit, he has worked with organizations like GE and Schnieder where his role was to develop new products and rugged devices for fortune 500 companies. He has won many awards in Product Development and Mathematics.
He has successfully managed full life cycle development of multiple global products and led multi skilled teams to deliver various complex projects on time
He is well trained on systems such as Six Sigma and LEAP. He currently heads the product development initiatives of the SXtreo series of Products

Mr. Subrata SenguptaDirector – IT

Mr. Subrata has done his B.E. from the Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur
He has a lot of work experience in Utility, Process Control and Automation, Location Intelligence, Embedded Systems and Business Intelligence Tools implementation
He has prior work work experience with CMC, India; Lucent Technologies, USA; GE Harris, USA; SSA Global Inc., USA & Vertis Inc. USA
He worked extensively on Linux Operating System
